Beautiful sea views from your window over the Moray Firth, woodland walks on your door step. In May and June look out onto a blaze of yellow gorse and broom which smothers the hillock.

Ground floor: entry into the kitchen/dining room, well equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher and fridge freezer.

Laudry area with washing machine and dryer.

Twin bedroom. Next to the bedroom is a shower room.

First floor: Sitting room with TV, video, DVD and stereo. Glass door to balcony with panoramic view of the sea and woodlands.

Single attic room with sloping ceiling off the lounge

Double bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Garden table and chairs provided for outdoor seating, enjoy breakfast al fresco whilst watching a pair of red kits swoop over the sea.
