A particular feature of this cottage is the location of a large balcony enjoying a panoramic view over the Moray Firth, Rosemarkie beach and Chanonry Point. 

This a great cottage for 2 couples as well as families.

First floor: Large sitting room with television (freeview), DVD and stereo. From the sitting room there is a clear glass door to the balcony. 

Double bedroom, furnished with metal bedstead. The shower room is en suite.

Ground floor : entry into the kitchen/dining room , large, well equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washer/dryer

Family room (ground floor) sleeps 2 in 2 single beds. (3 is possible with pull out bed added)
