Ground floor : entry into the kitchen/dining room , large, well equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher.

First floor: Large sitting room with television, video, DVD and stereo. From the sitting room there is a clear glass door to the balcony. 

A particular feature of this cottage is the location of a large balcony enjoying a panoramic view over the Moray Firth, Rosemarkie beach and Chanonry Point. 

Double bedroom, furnished with metal bedstead. The shower room is en suite.

Family room (ground floor) sleeps 2/3
