Ground floor : Open plan living area.

Well equipped kitchen including washer/dryer, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

The lounge area (with TV, video, DVD and stereo) takes full advantage of the panoramic view through large, clear glass, patio doors.

Double bedroom with views over Moray Firth.

Bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower.

First floor: Family bedroom with three single beds.

Second bathroom with wc, shower and sit up bath.

Each cottage is separated by a trellis to provide privacy and shelter

Garden table and chairs are provided whether for al fresco dining on long sunny evenings or sitting out with a glass of wine wrapped in a blanket!

The open plan layout of this cottage and the safe lawn areas make it ideal for families with younger children.
